Job Summary
Block Line Pharmacy is an independent community pharmacy located inside a busy medical clinic. We are seeking a dedicated Pharmacist to lead our pharmacy operations. The pharmacist will be responsible for overseeing daily workflow, ensuring compliance with all regulatory requirements, delivering exceptional patient care, and fostering strong relationships with physicians, clinic staff, and the community. This role requires a balance of clinical expertise, operational management, and leadership skills to support a patient-focused environment.
Key responsibilities include managing pharmacy staff, optimizing prescription processing and inventory control, implementing quality assurance initiatives, and driving the growth of clinical services such as medication reviews and patient counselling. The ideal candidate will be a licensed pharmacist in good standing, with proven leadership experience and a passion for providing personalized, high-quality healthcare.
Responsibilities
- Oversee the preparation and dispensing of medications, ensuring accuracy and adherence to safety protocols.
- Collaborate with healthcare teams to develop patient care plans that incorporate medication management strategies.
- Manage inventory levels, including ordering and restocking medications as needed.
- Provide education to patients and healthcare staff regarding medication use, side effects, and interactions.
- Stay updated on industry trends, new medications, and best practices in pharmacy management.

Pay: $55.00-$60.00 per hour
