Job Overview
We are seeking a results-driven Outside Sales Representative to join our team. In this role, you will manage and grow our contractor and distributor base, driving sales of our cast iron products. You will be the face of Tuffco Inc., building lasting relationships with mechanical contractors, wholesalers, and plumbing professionals .

Key Responsibilities
- Develop New Business: Identify and solicit new business opportunities with contractors, industrial facilities, and municipal accounts
- Manage Key Accounts: Maintain and grow relationships with an existing customer base of distributors, wholesalers, and contractors
- Product Expertise: Provide technical support and product solutions for cast iron pipe, fittings, and couplings to customers .
- Drive Sales: Achieve sales and gross margin targets for an assigned territory
- Market Intelligence: Gather competitive market information to support sales strategy and report on market trends
- Quoting: Prepare accurate quotes and project bids based on customer needs and project specifications
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of sales experience in the plumbing, PVF (pipe, valve, and fitting), or construction supply industry
- Knowledge: Strong understanding of and connections with the plumbing and construction industries
- Skills: Excellent communication, relationship-building, and negotiation skills
- Attributes: Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work independently.
- Requirements: Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle for territory travel.

Pay: $60,000.01-$75,000.00 per year

Experience:
- Construction Industry and/or Plumbing Industry : 4 years (required)
