Sales Appointment Setter – Remote (Construction Industry)
Your mission: book appointments and help fill the sales calendar.
Norland Construction is looking for a motivated sales caller to help connect homeowners with renovation project estimates.
✔ Cold calling homeowners (main task)
✔ Qualify potential renovation projects
✔ Schedule estimate appointments
✔ Basic CRM / calendar updates
✔ Construction knowledge is a plus
Requirements
- Fluent English (clear communication required)
- Sales or cold calling experience preferred
- Confident speaking with homeowners
- Self-motivated and reliable
Strong earning potential based on performance
Remote position – GTA preferred.
