We are currently looking for a motivated and reliable Full-Time Sales Associate / Customer Service Representative to join our team in Mississauga.
Position Overview
This role is ideal for someone who is hardworking, quick-thinking, organized, and comfortable working in a busy environment. The ideal candidate must be able to multitask efficiently, communicate professionally with customers, and maintain accuracy while moving quickly throughout the day.
This is a full-time position with Monday to Friday availability required. Occasional evenings or weekends may be required depending on business needs.
Responsibilities
- Assist customers in-store, over the phone, and through online platforms
- Negotiate buyback and sales deals with customers
- Test and inspect phones, tablets, laptops, and other electronic devices
- Verify device functionality, battery health, carrier status, and cosmetic condition
- Perform accurate data entry for inventory, purchases, repairs, and customer information
- Maintain organized digital and physical records
- List products online through Facebook Marketplace and other sales platforms
- Respond to customer inquiries professionally and efficiently
- Reference pricing sheets and provide repair or buyback quotes
- Handle opening and closing cash counts
- Maintain organized inventory records and intake logs
- Package and prepare devices for inventory or sale
- Keep the store clean, organized, and professional at all times
- Assist with general day-to-day store operations
- Daily Reporting Responsibilities
- Complete accurate opening and closing cash reports
- Maintain daily inventory intake tracking
- Record purchased and sold devices accurately
- Track inventory movement and report discrepancies
- Submit organized daily reports to management
Requirements
- Reliable transportation to Mississauga L4W 4N5
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Must be able to think quickly and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to multitask and stay organized under pressure
- Comfortable handling cash and high-value electronic devices
- Basic math and problem-solving skills
- Strong organizational and data entry skills
- Familiarity with smartphones, tablets, laptops, and electronics is considered a strong assetReliable transportation to and from the store
- Must be dependable, punctual, and professional

Pay: $17.60-$17.90 per hour
