Reporting to the Operations Director, the onsite Office Administrator will contribute to the meaningful work and daily operations of our Whalley office with a proactive approach to administrative responsibilities and the ability to promote a positive team environment.

WHO WE NEED
The role encompasses non-profit admin tasks, office management duties, record keeping, human resources support, plus project coordination in an environment supported by prayer.
We are looking for an Office Administrator with a broad remit who supports NightShift’s foundational Christian values.
As important as a strong administrative background are exceptional interpersonal skills and a heart for people struggling with some of life’s biggest challenges.
While enabling our small but mighty staff team to operate effectively, you will also be uniquely placed to provide friendly and professional support to clients, donors and volunteers.
WHAT YOU BRING
- Experience: in a people-facing, administrative position for at least five years, ideally working or volunteering in a charity or non-profit environment.
- Technical and organizational skills: using Microsoft tools (Outlook, Excel, SharePoint) and a CRM (such as Salesforce) to manage multiple details simultaneously and keeping sight of the bigger picture.
- Excellence: in building relationships with all constituents, thanks to clear and professional verbal and written communication skills.
- Maturity: for a position with multiple interruptions that may require reprioritization of responsibility to meet demands, with an ability to use tact and diplomacy no matter who is doing the interrupting.
