Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled and passionate Barber to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong commitment to providing exceptional customer service and a keen eye for detail in hair styling. As a Barber, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality haircuts, shaves, and grooming services while ensuring a welcoming and sanitary environment for our clients.
Responsibilities
- Perform haircuts, shaves, and other grooming services according to client preferences.
- Sanitate tools and workstations to maintain a clean and safe environment.
- Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and provide personalized recommendations.
- Upsell products and services to enhance the client experience and meet sales goals.
- Assist with front desk duties, including scheduling appointments and managing client inquiries.
- Maintain inventory of retail products and assist with retail sales as needed.
- Foster a positive atmosphere that encourages repeat business and customer loyalty.
Skills
- Proficient in hair styling techniques, including cutting, and shaving.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to build rapport with clients.
- Excellent communication skills to effectively convey information and recommendations.
- Experience in upselling products or services is a plus.
- Ability to maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in the workplace.
- Familiarity with front desk operations in a salon or barbershop setting is advantageous.
- Retail sales experience is preferred but not required.
