$30.00 to $36.00 per hour, based on experience
Years on a resume do not equal capability. If you are three or four years in but you already outpace people with twice your experience because you think clearly, troubleshoot relentlessly, and own a problem until it is solved, this is your move up.
You will work in a true MSP to MSSP environment, security-first and hands-on, and you will do it fully remote because we believe quality of life has real value and we build the job around that.

THE ROLE
You are the technician who absorbs the bulk of the support queue, resolves the large majority of it without escalating, and is the first person our junior techs come to when they are stuck. You keep the day-to-day and the intermediate troubleshooting moving, so the senior team is freed up for projects and the complex work.
This is not a junior role. You'll be trusted to work independently, solve problems, make good decisions, and take ownership of your work every day.
Day to day you will:
- Own and resolve tickets across many client environments
- Administer Microsoft 365: mailboxes, Teams, SharePoint, licensing, MFA, and Conditional Access
- Deploy and support endpoints through Intune, Autopilot, and Entra Join
- Run onboarding and offboarding to our standard operating procedures
- Stop and escalate before any action that is hard to undo or touches sensitive access
- Keep ticket notes and Hudu documentation accurate
- Be a first point of escalation and a mentor for junior techs
WHO YOU ARE
We care more about how you think than how long you have done it. A sharp three-to-four-year tech who leapfrogs their peers beats a coasting veteran every time.
- 3 or more years in an MSP or fast-paced, multi-client IT environment
- Sharp troubleshooting, strong logic, and tenacious problem ownership
- Able to resolve issues that have no runbook or SOP, and the judgment to know what to handle and what to send up
- Strong across Microsoft 365, identity and access, and Windows endpoint management, and comfortable with security-first and Zero Trust concepts
- Clear communicator with solid documentation habits
- The kind of person other techs naturally come to for help
TOOLS YOU WILL WORK WITH
Microsoft 365, Intune, Entra ID, Conditional Access, Azure Virtual Desktop, CIPP, Bitdefender GravityZone, Syncro, Hudu, ScreenConnect, Bitwarden, and Ubiquiti.
We are AI-forward. Claude is built into our daily workflows and documentation.
Microsoft certifications and Apple/macOS exposure are considered assets.
