What You’ll Do Day-To-Day:
- Assist project manager in creating project reports as required consisting of financials and project reporting.
- Review and understand contract obligations as per the responsible scope of work.
- Assist with change management and change order process, including pricing, negotiating, processing, and assessing cost and schedule impact.
- Maintain and perform project document control and procedures.
- Prepare and supervise progress claims for work completed and cost accruals.

Review subcontractor invoices for accuracy in conjunction with scheduled work complete.

Prepare and maintain project lists (actions, rentals, materials, others as required).

Coordinate inventory and tracking of materials and equipment.

Assist construction coordination and planning.

Identify and assist resolution of field technical issues.
- Assist with overall project closeout, including document archival, maintenance and warranty manuals, deficiencies, and warranty work.
- Organize, schedule, coordinate, and initiate upcoming project work.

Maintain budgets and forecasts.

Track all project statistics and information.
- Support managers and project teams in organizing, performing, tracking and reporting project activities.

Review, track progress, and communicate project progress to managers and team members.

Initiate subcontracts and suppliers, orders, reviews payment certificates/invoices & works with procurement, management & team members.
What You'll Bring:
- High School diploma or equivalent education.

Minimum of 4 years of related experience.
- Advanced knowledge of project management plan development, implementation and administration including knowledge of processes, procedures and tools.

Ability to manage multiple tasks, schedules and files efficiently.
- Excellent communication skills to work effectively with all levels of staff and management.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively to meet deadlines.
- Good problem identification and problem resolution skills.
Total Rewards Package:
- Salary:$36.90-48.30/hr CAD and may also include annual incentives and performance bonuses. The base salary range is a guideline. Individual total compensation will vary based on factors such as qualifications, skill level, competencies and work location.
