The Werks Builders is a dynamic established contractor, looking for motivated, talented and hardworking team members in a wide variety of construction activities.
Work is out of town in Manitoba comprised of both Interior and Exterior Renovations. Travel expenses covered. Experience is preferred, but we will train the right person where they may have knowledge gaps. Pay based on experience, with opportunity for advancement.
Applicants must be physically capable of performing construction-related duties, including frequent standing, climbing, bending, carrying, and lifting materials and equipment weighing up to 55 lbs.
Requirements:
Valid Driver's license.
Possess excellent communication skills
Strong work ethic and reliability
Working outdoors in varying weather
Repetitive physical activity
Have and proper use of PPE
Ability to stand/walk for extended periods
Respectful to Clients and Fellow Workers
Comfortable working at heights (ladders, roofs)
Responsibilities:
Jobsite clean-up and maintenance
Demolition
General carpentry: Framing / Building
Drywall installation, mudding, and sanding
Material pick-up & delivery
Fence and Deck Building
