The goal of the Nâpêwak Empowerment Coordinator is to support and empower men, boys, children, youth, parents, and families by collaborating with community Elders, Knowledge Keepers, and service providers to create nurturing, culturally safe, and supportive environments that promote positive outcomes within Onion Lake Cree Nation. The Nâpêwak Empowerment Coordinator is responsible for leading, supporting, and guiding Prevention staff in the coordination, development, and facilitation of culturally relevant prevention and empowerment programs that strengthen individuals and families within the community. The position reports directly to the OLCN Prevention Director and is responsible for providing monthly reports and program updates.
Pay: $18.13-$41.42 per hour
