Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Window Washer to join our facilities maintenance team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for cleaning and maintaining the appearance of windows across various commercial and residential properties. This role requires physical stamina, attention to detail, and excellent customer service skills to ensure client satisfaction and uphold our company's high standards of cleanliness and safety.
Responsibilities
- Clean windows on exterior surfaces using our provided tools and techniques
- Utilize hand tools and specialized cleaning equipment to achieve streak-free results
- Safely operate ladders to access high or hard-to-reach windows
- Ensure all work areas are kept clean and free of hazards during and after cleaning procedures
- Communicate effectively with clients to understand specific cleaning needs and address any concerns
- Manage time efficiently to complete scheduled jobs within designated timeframes
Skills
- Using cleaning equipment related to washing windows
- Experience in commercial cleaning and/or residential work is preferred
- Strong knowledge of facilities maintenance practices related to window cleaning
- Excellent customer service and communication skills to interact professionally with clients
- Effective time management skills to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
- Attention to detail to ensure high-quality cleaning standards are met consistently
- Ability to work safely at heights using ladders while adhering to safety protocols
Pay: From $22.00 per hour
