About the Role
Williams Pharmalogistics is seeking a dependable and motivated individual to support our operations in Kelowna. This hybrid role combines local delivery driving, forklift operation, warehouse support, and lead hand responsibilities within a fast-paced temperature-controlled logistics environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Complete local deliveries, pickups, and trailer movements
- Operate forklifts and warehouse equipment safely
- Load, unload, sort, and stage freight
- Monitor and maintain temperature-controlled shipments
- Complete vehicle inspections, delivery scans, and compliance documentation
- Support shipping, receiving, inventory, and general warehouse operations
- Maintain strong communication with dispatch, customers, and team members
- Ensure compliance with company SOPs, safety standards, and Hours of Service regulations
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of driving, delivery, or warehouse experience
- Valid Class 5 Driver’s Licence
- Forklift certification and warehouse equipment experience preferred
- Ability to lift 50 lbs+ and perform physical work
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Professional attitude and customer service focus
- Geographic knowledge of Kelowna and surrounding areas is an asset
- Must be 25 years or older for insurance purposes
