Position: Shift Manager – Liberty Village & Junction Locations
We are seeking a motivated, experienced Shift Manager to join our leadership team. In this role, you’ll be instrumental in ensuring smooth daily operations, delivering exceptional guest experiences, and supporting our staff in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities
- Oversee day-to-day operations during assigned shifts, including service and takeout (third-party platforms included).
- Lead, train, and motivate team members to deliver outstanding customer service.
- Support and develop staff performance, skills, and professional growth.
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness, food safety, and compliance with health regulations.
- Monitor and verify server, bar, and host cashouts and side duties.
- Manage inventory levels and assist with ordering as needed.
- Address guest inquiries and concerns with professionalism and care.
- Collaborate with senior management to enhance operational efficiency and guest satisfaction.
Requirements & Skills
- Valid Smart Serve certification.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in the restaurant or hospitality industry.
- Bartending knowledge.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication, both verbal and written.
- Experience with cash handling and POS systems (an asset).
- Thorough understanding of food safety and cleanliness standards.
- Ability to multitask and stay composed under pressure.
- A genuine passion for exceptional food, service, and hospitality.
