NW Fuel Injection is a long-established diesel fuel injection specialist serving the industry since 1968. We specialize in diesel injector, pump, and fuel system testing, diagnostics, rebuilding, and calibration.
We are currently looking for a mechanically experienced technician to join our team.
This is a specialized bench technician position — not a traditional automotive repair role. No complete vehicles are repaired in the shop. Our work is entirely focused on diesel fuel injection components including injectors, pumps, common rail systems, and related diesel fuel system equipment.
This position is ideal for someone with strong diesel or mechanical experience who enjoys precision technical work and wants to move away from heavy vehicle repair environments.
Responsibilities
- Diagnose, test, rebuild, and repair diesel fuel injection components
- Work with common rail injectors, injection pumps, HEUI/EUI systems, and conventional diesel systems
- Operate specialized testing and calibration equipment
- Inspect, clean, measure, and assemble precision fuel system components
- Follow testing specifications and repair procedures
- Maintain accurate repair documentation
- Assist with troubleshooting diesel fuel system issues
Qualifications
- Strong mechanical aptitude and real-world industry experience
- Diesel engine or fuel system experience preferred
- Experience with injectors, pumps, common rail systems, or related diesel components is a strong asset
- Detail-oriented with strong troubleshooting ability
- Comfortable working with precision parts and specialized tooling
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong work ethic and willingness to continue learning
Training & Growth
We are willing to train the right individual into the specialized fuel injection side of the industry; however, applicants must already have solid mechanical or diesel-related experience and understanding. This is not an entry-level position.
You will work alongside an experienced team with extensive knowledge in diesel fuel injection diagnostics and repair.
