We are a growing custom home building company looking for a motivated and dependable Construction Assistant to join our team. If you enjoy working outdoors, take pride in quality craftsmanship, and want to learn from experienced professionals, we'd love to hear from you.
Responsibilities
- Assist with all phases of custom home construction.
- Load, unload, pickup, delivery, and organize building materials.
- Prepare and maintain clean, safe job sites.
- Support carpenters and other skilled trades as needed.
- Operate hand and power tools safely.
- Perform general labor, site cleanup, and material handling.
- Follow safety procedures and company standards.
Qualifications
- Construction experience is an asset but not required—we're willing to train the right person.
- Strong work ethic and positive attitude.
- Reliable transportation and punctual attendance.
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in various weather conditions.
- Comfortable using basic hand and power tools.
- Valid driver's license.
