We are seeking dedicated and detail-oriented Cleaners to join our team. This role involves maintaining cleanliness and hygiene with in our cabins. Responsibilities
- Perform thorough cleaning of condo spaces, including offices, restrooms, hallways, and common areas
- Use cleaning equipment and supplies effectively to ensure high standards of cleanliness
- Maintain cleanliness of floors, windows, furniture, and fixtures
- Follow established safety protocols during cleaning procedures
- Restock supplies such as paper products, soap, and other amenities as needed
- Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to management promptly
- Adhere to company policies regarding sanitation and hygiene standards
- Assist with basic facilities maintenance tasks when required
Requirements
- Prior experience in cleaning or facilities maintenance is preferred but not mandatory; training will be provided
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Good physical stamina to perform cleaning duties that may involve lifting, bending, or standing for extended periods
- Reliable work ethic with a focus on quality and safety standards
- Ability to work flexible hours if necessary; punctuality is essential
- Knowledge of cleaning techniques specific to commercial environments is a plus
