Dental Assistant – Radix Periodontics (Etobicoke)
Radix Periodontics is a modern specialty periodontal and implant practice opening in South Etobicoke. We are looking for a motivated, organized, and team-oriented dental assistant to join our growing specialty practice from the beginning.
This role will involve assisting in periodontal and implant procedures, surgical setup and breakdown, sterilization, radiographs, patient preparation, and helping maintain an efficient clinical workflow. Experience with surgical assisting, implants, grafting procedures, CBCT imaging, and Dentrix is considered a strong asset, though we are also open to motivated candidates looking to grow in a specialty environment.
As a startup specialty office, we are looking for someone adaptable, proactive, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment where systems and workflows will continue to evolve as the practice grows. Teamwork and flexibility are extremely important to us.
The office will initially operate Thursday through Saturday, with plans to scale up additional days as the practice continues to grow. We are ideally looking for someone interested in growing with the office long term as hours and responsibilities expand.
Qualifications:
- Level II Dental Assisting certification preferred
- HARP certification required
- Minimum 2–3 years of dental assisting experience preferred
- Experience with surgical procedures and implants is an asset
- Experience with Dentrix is considered a strong asset
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Professional, reliable, and team-oriented
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Candidates living in Etobicoke or surrounding areas are preferred

Pay: $23.00-$29.00 per hour
