Position Overview
The Senior Account Manager will serve as the strategic lead for a portfolio of performance-driven client accounts.
This role goes beyond traditional account management - it requires strong commercial thinking, integrated media knowledge, and the ability to connect campaign performance directly to business impact.
The ideal candidate understands full-funnel media execution, including digital and traditional channels, and can confidently lead senior marketing stakeholders.
Core Responsibilities Client Strategy & Leadership
Serve as the primary strategic partner for assigned client accounts
Develop and present performance-driven marketing strategies aligned with business goals
Lead quarterly business reviews with data-backed insights and growth recommendations
Identify account expansion and cross-channel growth opportunities
Build and maintain senior-level stakeholder relationships
Integrated Campaign Oversight
Oversee campaigns across:
Linear TV
Connected TV
Paid Social
Paid Search
Programmatic Media
Manage and optimize budgets to ensure profitability and performance targets
Drive KPIs including ROAS, CPA, revenue growth, brand lift, and conversion metrics
Analyze cross-channel attribution and performance data
Develop testing roadmaps and continuous optimization plans
Financial & Commercial Ownership
Own account profitability and media spend management
Develop forecasts, pacing reports, and budget plans
Manage scope and billing alignment
Identify operational efficiencies to improve margin
Cross-Functional Collaboration
Work closely with Media, Creative, Analytics, and Finance teams
Provide informal mentorship to junior team members
Ensure integrated delivery across all campaign components
Required Qualifications
4+ years in performance marketing, integrated media, or account management
3+ years in a client-facing leadership role
Experience managing $500K+ annual media budgets
Strong understanding of:
Paid Search
Paid Social
Programmatic
TV Buying (linear + CTV)
Strong analytical skills in attribution, full-funnel measurement, and optimization
Confident presenter to executive-level stakeholders
Commercial mindset with strong attention to detail
Preferred Qualifications
Agency experience in performance or integrated media environments
Experience in regulated industries (insurance, financial services, etc.)
Familiarity with:
