Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled and reliable Concrete Worker to join our construction team. This role involves working on various concrete projects, including forming, finishing. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in construction-related activities, with proficiency in using hand tools and power tools. Candidates must be capable of heavy lifting and working in physically demanding environments while maintaining safety and quality standards. Indivals must have a valid drivers lisence and transpotation.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and set forms for concrete pouring according to schematics and blueprints
- Operate heavy equipment and power tools safely to assist with concrete placement and finishing
- Install rebar and reinforcement materials to strengthen concrete structures
- Perform concrete finishing tasks including leveling, smoothing, and sealing surface
- Use hand tools such as trowels, hammers, caulking guns, and other construction tools effectively
- Read blueprints and schematics to ensure accurate project execution
- Assist with restoration and renovation projects involving concrete structures
- Conduct welding or other related tasks when required for structural integrity
- Maintain a clean work environment while adhering to safety protocols at all times
Skills
- Mechanical knowledge related to construction equipment and tools
- Experience with rebar installation, concrete forming, and finishing techniques
- Proficiency in carpentry, masonry, flooring installation, and renovation work
- Ability to operate heavy machinery safely and efficiently
- Skilled in the use of hand tools and power tools specific to concrete work
- Strong understanding of blueprint reading and schematics interpretation
- Knowledge of welding, caulking, restoration processes, and flooring installation is a plus
- Physical strength for heavy lifting and working in demanding environments
- Excellent attention to detail with a focus on safety standards in construction settings

Pay: $23.00-$38.00 per hour
