Job Description
Career1 is hiring Production Associates for our client, located in Mississauga, ON. This is an excellent opportunity to join a growing manufacturing team offering full-time, long-term employment with training provided.
We are seeking reliable, hardworking individuals with strong communication skills who are comfortable working in a fast-paced production environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with production and machine operations.
- Retrieve materials from the cooler as required.
- Load and transfer material rolls onto production machines (team lifting).
- Inspect materials and maintain product quality.
- Keep the work area clean, organized, and safe.
- Follow all company safety policies and standard operating procedures.
- Work efficiently to meet daily production targets.
Qualifications
- Previous manufacturing or production experience is an asset.
- Excellent verbal communication skills in English.
- Comfortable working in and out of a cooler throughout the shift.
- Physically capable of performing team lifts of material rolls (100–125 lbs shared between two employees).
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently and as part of a team.
- Must be legally eligible to work in Canada.
