We are looking for a full-time Parts Advisor to join our team! Our parts professionals work 40-45 hours per week 8am-5pm, Monday through Friday, with weekends off.

Your Key Responsibilities
- Greet, and provide excellent customer service to customers who walk in, call in, or submit an order online
- Use extensive knowledge of car parts to ensure customers’ needs are met
- Use computer proficiently for searching parts using catalogues and primarily E-catalogues, as well as using our ERP system for customer invoicing
- Accepting payments and providing parts, or scheduling the delivery of parts with our delivery team
- Be adept at managing multiple customer orders
- Be a team player to deliver the best parts to our customers
Your Capabilities and Credentials
- Minimum of 2 years automotive parts sales experience
- Good interpersonal/communication skills and be comfortable talking on the phone
- Proficient in computer operation including Microsoft Office suite
- Customer relationship management skills
- Well organized, possess a good work ethic and a friendly, positive attitude
- Hard working, self-motivated and have a passion for cars and car parts
Wages are commensurate with experience.
