Responsibilities
As an Inside Sales Specialist, you are the first point of contact and a key driver of business growth. This is a fast-paced, high-impact role focused on converting opportunities into loyal customers. Your day may consist of
>Converting inbound inquiries into sales opportunities
>Proactively following up with customers to cross-sell and upsell services
>Building strong customer relationships through professional communication
>Handling prospective customer objections confidentially and closing sales effectively
>Providing quotes, explaining services, and guiding customers through decisions
>Accurately entering and updating customer information in CRM systems (BOSS)
>Resolving customer service issues and ensuring a positive experience.
>Representing the Orkin brand with professionalism and integrity
>Other duties may be assigned as required.
Essential Qualifications
We are looking for a motivated, results-driven salesperson who thrives in a target-driven environment and enjoys engaging with customers.
Education: Post secondary education in business administratrion preferred, or an acceptable combination of education and experience.
Experience: 2+ years of inside sales, call centre sales, or related customer-facing sales experience
Skills:
v Proven ability to convert leads into sales and meet performance targets
v Strong communication, probing, and objection handling skills
v Customer first mindset with the ability to build trust quickly
v Experience using CRM systems and managing multiple tools
v Highly organized with strong follow-up habits
v Professional, team-oriented, and coachable
Other Requirements
Integrity and Legal Compliance: Ability to pass a criminal background check and adhere to non-solicitation policies.
