Pharmacy Setting:
Our pharmacy processes 300 to 350 prescriptions daily, supported by a dedicated team of 3 to 4 Pharmacy Assistants. Typically, 1 to 2 pharmacists work overlapping shifts to ensure efficient operations and a cooperative culture that promotes smooth workflows and exceptional patient care.
Compensation & Perks:
Enjoy a competitive hourly wage of $70/hour, a $20,000 signing bonus, and a quarterly performance bonus that allows you to earn 20% of revenue from professional services. Additional benefits include moving assistance ranging from $5,000 to $20,000 and an RRSP matching program at 6% with a 1:1 employer contribution.
Main Duties:
Deliver patient-centered care and medication guidance to promote positive health outcomes. Implement professional services and clinical programs to enhance patient wellness. Collaborate with the pharmacy team to ensure daily operations run smoothly and adhere to all regulatory and professional standards.
Requirements:
Candidates must hold or be eligible for a Pharmacist license in Alberta. Strong communication and patient interaction skills are essential, along with the ability to excel in a fast-paced, high-volume setting.
