Job Summary
We are seeking a professional and organized Receptionist/Administrator to join our team. This role is vital in ensuring smooth office operations, providing excellent customer service, and supporting administrative functions. The ideal candidate will possess strong clerical skills, proficiency with office software, and a friendly demeanor to handle front desk responsibilities effectively.
Responsibilities
- Greet visitors and clients with professionalism and courtesy at the front desk
- Manage multi-line phone systems, screen calls, and direct inquiries appropriately
- Perform data entry and maintain accurate records using Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and Adobe
- Handle appointment scheduling, calendar management, and follow-up communications
- Assist with filing, document proofreading, and general administrative tasks
- Provide exceptional customer support and address client questions or concerns
- Maintain organized office environment and ensure all clerical duties are completed efficiently
Requirements
- Proven clerical or administrative experience in an office setting
- Strong computer skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel), Google Workspace, and data entry tools
- Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail and accuracy in proofreading and typing
- Exceptional customer service skills with professional phone etiquette on multi-line phone systems
- Ability to handle front desk responsibilities efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively and prioritize tasks accordingly
- Knowledge of office equipment such as printers, scanners, and fax machines is desirable

Pay: $18.00-$20.00 per hour
