A well-established company is seeking a Journeyman Truck & Transport Technician to join their team in Whitehorse, YT. Technicians will be responsible for inspections, diagnostics, as well as repairs and maintenance on heavy duty trucks and equipment.
This is a farm operation and great for someone looking for flexibility and to work directly with the owners. This is perfect for someone who wants to be a mentor!
Qualifications:

4+ years of hands-on experience working on Trucks

Ability to troubleshoot drivability issues

Mechanics with strong capabilities in diagnostics and dealer systems would be preferred

Ability to perform a CVIP
-
A positive work attitude, willingness to learn, and ability to work both independently and as a team are required

Tools are suppled

Valid D/L
Compensation:
-
$40.00 - $50.00/hour to start, dependent on experience and certifications
