Position: Logistics Coordinator

Position Type: Full Time Permanent
Shift: Mon to Fri: 10:00am to 6:30pm
Responsibilities:
- Coordination of deliveries of frozen product within Ontario.
- Provide on time order release to customers and vendors.
- Optimized route planning and truck utilization to ensure balanced.
- Assist drivers with customer issues relating to product and assets.
- Ensure documentation and proof of deliveries is compliant with company standards.
- Communicate with drivers throughout the day using IPad, email and phone.
- Communicate with other departments and 3rd party vendors regarding deliveries and re-deliveries.
- Monitor frozen product and utilize inventory efficiently to ensure low inventory.
- Track and maintain electronic files to ensure accurate payments received.
- Maintain Customer Master Route information in ERP.
- Other duties as assigned.
Qualification:
1. Diploma or completion of High School
2. 1 to 2 years of experience in a related industry
3. Excellent oral and written communication skills
4. Proficient using Microsoft applications
Job Types: Permanent, Full-time
Pay: $19.00-$21.00 per hour
