Construction Heavy Equipment Hauler
Bandit Energy Services is looking to add to our growing team. We are seeking a reliable and safety-focused Heavy Equipment Driver/Operator to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for operating and transporting heavy equipment safely and efficiently while following all company policies and regulatory requirements.
Responsibilities
· Operate heavy equipment safely and effectively.
· Transport equipment and materials to and from job sites.
· Request Hauling Permits
· Conduct pre-trip, post-trip, and daily equipment inspections.
· Complete required logs, reports, and documentation.
· Follow all safety procedures and regulations.
· Communicate effectively with supervisors, dispatchers, and crew members.
· Perform basic maintenance and report mechanical issues promptly.
· Assist with site operations as required.
Qualifications
· Valid Class [1/A] driver's license with a clean driving record
· 10 plus years’ experience hauling heavy equipment
· Experience operating heavy equipment such as excavators, loaders, graders, dozers, or other construction equipment.
· Knowledge of equipment safety procedures and transportation regulations.
· Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions.
· Strong work ethic and dependable attendance.
· Ability to lift up to [weight] lbs and perform physical tasks as required.

· CSO (Common Safety Orientation)
· Additional Safety Training considered an asset
· Able to pass pre-employment A&D Screening
Position Requirements:
· Shift work - days, weekends and overtime.
· Physically Fit
· Ability to lift 50 LBS
· Mechanical Aptitude
· Reliable, safety-conscious, and a team player.
· Able to pass pre-employment A&D
Wage: varies depending on position
Expected hours: 40 – 50 per week
