Required Qualifications:
Required Qualifications: One year related post secondary certificate required. An equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered.
Additional Required Qualifications:
The successful candidate will have a related post-secondary certificate in Office Administration along with two to three years of directly related experience in a hospital or complex healthcare environment. A demonstrated ability to manage competing priorities, coordinate high-volume administrative workflows, and effectively support leadership is essential. The role requires strong organizational and critical thinking skills, excellent communication, and a high degree of professionalism. A proven commitment to maintaining strict confidentiality and discretion is critical, as is the ability to work collaboratively while upholding Covenant Health’s values of respect, compassion, and stewardship.
Preferred Qualifications:
Preference for candidates with advanced skills in administrative systems, ideally supporting physician or medical workforce portfolios. Strong assets include driving process improvements, building efficient tracking systems, and optimizing workflows in healthcare.
