We have an opening for a Yardman / Loader Operator at our Huntsville plant.
LOADER OPERATOR DUTIES
- Operate loader to feed product into plant.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of aggregate storage bins.
- Maintain cleanliness of yard, ensuring safety for pedestrians and vehicles.
- Other duties as assigned.
REQUIREMENTS
- Able to operator a loader.
- Knowledge of aggregates and ready-mix concrete industry.
- Ability to perform daily equipment checks including pre and post trip checks.
- Basic reading, writing, and math skills.
- Capability to apply common sense understanding to carry out detailed but uninvolved written or oral instructions.
- Ability to deal with problems involving a few concrete variables in standardized situations.
- Ability to prioritize tasks.
- Must be able to take direction from supervisor, keep required work schedule, focus on attention to details and follow all rules and policies, and be a team player.
- Must be able to pass a drug/alcohol screening and physical.
