Job Summary
We are seeking a friendly, organized, and professional office assistant to join our busy multidisciplinary clinic. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working in a healthcare environment and providing exceptional patient service. As the first point of contact for our patients, you will be responsible for reception duties, scheduling appointments, managing patient records, processing payments, and supporting the daily operations of the clinic. The individual will work alongside a collaborative team of healthcare professionals, including chiropractors, physiotherapists, kinesiologists, registered massage therapists, and medical doctors, helping to create a welcoming and efficient experience for our patients. Strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment are essential. Prior experience in a medical or allied health setting is an asset but not required
Responsibilities include:
- Experience working with Jane Software or Accuro EMR (but not required)

- able to work late shifts till 6:30PM

Pay: $19.00-$20.00 per hour
