Role Overview
The Lead EarlyON Facilitator provides day-to-day operational leadership, mentorship and program coordination for an assigned EarlyON Child and Family Centre while actively participating in the delivery of high-quality, inclusive early learning programs and family support services. This role supports service excellence by fostering positive outcomes for children, families and caregivers while ensuring compliance with guidelines, organizational policies and applicable legislative requirements.
Reporting to the Manager, EarlyON Child and Family Centre, the Lead Facilitator serves as the local site lead (“Working Supervisor”), supporting staff development, operational consistency, community partnerships, quality improvement and service continuity.

· Strong knowledge of EarlyON Child and Family Centre Guidelines, child development, and family-centred service delivery

· Excellent facilitation, communication, and relationship-building skills with children, families, caregivers, community partners, and colleagues
· Strong organizational, planning, and problem-solving skills with the ability to manage competing priorities in a dynamic environment
· Commitment to creating welcoming, inclusive, culturally responsive, and accessible environments for all participants
· Ability to support operational excellence through quality improvement, compliance monitoring, and sound decision-making
· Proficiency with Microsoft Office and organizational systems used for reporting, documentation, and program coordination

Working Conditions and Expectations
This role includes the following working conditions:
· : EarlyON Child and Family Centre locations within the service area
· Primarily weekday hours based on program operations. Occasional evening and weekend work may be required to support programming, outreach activities or community events
· Regular local travel between EarlyON locations and community partner sites
Compensation
The expected hourly range for this role is $24.00 to $27.90
Placement within the range will be based on demonstrated skills, relevant experience and internal equity considerations.
