Job Description: We are seeking a passionate and creative New Media Marketing & Operations Specialist to join our team. The role involves managing and enhancing our brand presence on social media platforms in North America and China.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and implement innovative social media strategies on Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube in North America, and Little Red Book (XiaoHongShu), Douyin, and Video Account in China.
- Create engaging content to increase brand awareness and market share.
- Analyze social media data and trends to optimize marketing campaigns.
- Work closely with the team to develop comprehensive marketing plans.
Job Requirements:
- Fluency in both English and Mandarin with excellent communication and writing skills.
- In-depth understanding and practical experience with mainstream social media platforms in North America and China.
- Candidates with relevant social media operation experience will be given preference.
- Sharp market insight and strong data analysis skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a multi-tasking, high-pressure environment.
