As a Renovation Specialist, you are our go-to problem solver. This is a highly versatile, hands-on role. You’ll tackle a variety of tasks on residential renovation and restoration projects, from demolition and drywall to flooring, trim work, and basic carpentry
The Package:
Total Compensation & Perks
- Total Compensation Package: $28 – $38 per hour (inclusive of base wage and total package value).
- Schedule: 36-hour work week (paid for 40 hours).
- Vehicle: Company vehicle provided.

Key Responsibilities
- Versatile Execution: Perform demolition, framing, drywall installation and repair, painting, flooring, trim work, and basic carpentry.
- Site Preparation: Assist with project setup, material handling, site preparation, and cleanup.
- Problem Solving: Identify issues on site and work with Project Managers and Site Supervisors to develop solutions.
- Client Respect: Complete repairs and renovations while minimizing disruption to clients.
- Safety: Operate hand and power tools safely while adhering to all company OH&S policies.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of residential construction, renovation, or carpentry experience.
- Broad skill set across demolition, drywall, painting, flooring, trim, and basic carpentry.
- Physically capable of lifting, carrying, climbing ladders, and performing demanding construction tasks.
- Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and ability to work independently.
- Valid Class 5 Driver’s License with a clean driver’s abstract.
- Clear criminal record check
