Little John Rentals is looking for a responsible and motivated Yard & Equipment Prep Technician to support our day-to-day operations in and around Saskatoon. As a growing local company, we’re seeking reliable team members who are ready to grow with us.
Duties Include:
- Cleaning, sanitizing, and preparing portable toilet units as they return from service.
- Prepping units and equipment for upcoming deliveries.
- Maintaining cleanliness and organization of the yard, shop, and wash areas.
- Assisting with basic equipment inspections and minor maintenance.
- Loading, unloading, and staging units safely and efficiently.
- Supporting drivers and service staff as needed.
Requirements:
- Ability to perform physical work and lift/move items weighing up to 100 lbs.
- Comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions.
- Reliable attendance and strong work ethic.
- Ability to work independently and follow instructions.
Preferred Assets:
- Experience in a yard, shop, or equipment-based environment.
- Mechanical aptitude or general maintenance skills.
- Ability to stay organized and work efficiently with minimal supervision.
- Attention to detail and pride in quality work.
- Honesty, reliability, and common sense are essential.
