Our sales associates receive a minimum base salary throughout their training period and competitive commissions once training is completed. Committed to helping our valued clients find the perfect furniture, mattresses & accessories to match their lifestyle & budget, our primary focus is to exceed expectations. Jag's Furniture & Mattress thrives on giving customers an incredible shopping experience!
Qualifications
Must-haves include:
- Sales Experience!
- Excellent communication, social & personable skills.
- Computer skills.
- Enjoy working with others and thriving in a team environment.
- Passion for enhanced shopping experiences and solving client needs.
- An exceptional work ethic, able to work weekends & holidays.
- Self-motivation, with an ability to take initiative.
- Weekend and statutory holiday availability is mandatory
Although it helps, sales or retail furniture experience is not always necessary to be successful in this role. Our exclusive Training Program will give you the support and tools needed to be successful.

Benefits and employee discount implemented upon completion of 90-day training period.

Pay: $36,000.00-$72,000.00 per year
