Key Responsibilities
- Financial & Bookkeeping Support
- Create, manage, and issue accurate customer invoices in a timely manner.
- Support bookkeeping activities, including accounts receivable/payable and financial record reconciliation.
- Utilize industry software such as Sage, QuickBooks, Jobber, and other job management tools to process billing and track expenses.
- Data Management & Reporting
- Create, maintain, and update Microsoft Excel spreadsheets for operational tracking, reporting, and administrative tasks.
- Ensure information integrity through precise data entry, organized digital/physical filing systems, and document proofreading.
- Office & Operational Coordination
- Manage general clerical duties including scanning, mailing, and organizing documentation for quick retrieval.
- Act as a reliable point of contact for clients.
- Maintain structured administrative processes to keep overall operations organized.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Experience: Previous background in office administration, office management, or project coordination (experience in trades or service construction is strongly preferred).
- Software Proficiency: Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel, MS Office, invoicing platforms, and scheduling software (experience with Sage/QuickBooks or Jobber is a plus).
