S. Dilawri Automotive Group is currently seeking a high energy, experienced Pre-owned Manager to lead and grow our Sales Department at our following dealerships:
Bank Street Mitsubishi - 2565 Bank Street
Bank Street Kia- 2559 Bank Street
The Pre-owned Manager will be working directly with our General Manager to help lead the sales team to meet sales targets and deliver an exceptional customer experience.
Duties/Responsibilities:
· Maintain a well balanced Pre-owned vehicle inventory
· Sell each car at maximum gross profit with minimum expense
· Source & purchase Pre-owned inventory at reasonable a cost vs the wholesale market to maximize retail gross profit
· Merchandise all Pre-owned inventory with detailed photos, descriptions, and set accurate pricing vs the retail market
·Merchandise our inventory to retail standards
· Ensure and maintain an organized display of all Pre-owned inventory at all times
· Ensure all Pre-owned inventory is properly reconditioned in a timely manner
· Ensure vehicles are properly valued at all times vs the market and make the appropriate pricing adjustments regularly
·Manage the reconditioning process
·Overseeing wholesale operations to maximize inventory turn and profitable
· Perform all potential trade appraisals and provide an accurate evaluation
· Prepare weekly and monthly Pre-owned sales reports for executive staff
· Desk all Pre-owned deals when possible and assist sales staff in closing deals
Position Requirements:
· Minimum 2 years of Pre-owned Sales Management experience with a proven track record of sourcing and purchasing and maintaining a current and full inventory based on selling trends
· A valid OMVIC license
· Dealer system experience and Reynolds experience required, or ADP equivalent
· A proven record of Sales and Customer satisfactions
· Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
· Strong computer skills, proficient with Microsoft office and or Excel
· Must have strong time management skills, ability to multi-task and work well under pressure
· Ability to coach and motivate a sales team to meet sales goals and targets
· Strong understanding of inventory management and market pricing
· Experienced with wholesale and auction platforms such as OpenLane and EBlock
· Conduct sales in adherence to OMVIC rules and regulations.
