We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Front End Associate to join our team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional service and support. You will assist customers with their purchases, answer questions, and ensure a positive shopping experience. Your ability to communicate effectively and manage time efficiently will be essential in this fast-paced environment.
Duties
- Greet customers warmly and provide assistance as needed.
- Process transactions accurately using the point-of-sale system.
- Maintain an organized and clean front end area to enhance customer experience.
- Engage in upselling techniques to promote additional products or services.
- Conduct product demonstrations to educate customers on features and benefits.
- Address customer inquiries and resolve any issues promptly.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during peak hours.
- Utilize technology effectively to enhance sales and customer engagement.
Qualifications
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written; bilingual or multilingual abilities are a plus.
- Basic math skills for handling transactions accurately.
- Experience in technology sales is preferred but not required.
- Proven customer service experience with a focus on building relationships.
- Time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively in a busy environment.
- End of shift cleaning and restocking
Join us as a Front End Associate where your contributions will make a significant impact on our customers' experiences!
This will be a closing shift (2-6 PM ) 3 or more afternoons a week and 2 or more saturdays a month.
