Overview
We are seeking a skilled and versatile Tradesman to join our construction and restoration team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in various trades, including carpentry, masonry, electrical work, plumbing, and more. This role offers the opportunity to work on diverse projects, utilizing a broad skill set to deliver high-quality craftsmanship in both new construction and renovation settings. Candidates should be detail-oriented, safety-conscious, and capable of working independently or as part of a team.
Responsibilities
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and construction plans to ensure accurate project execution
- Operate hand tools, power tools, heavy equipment, and specialized machinery safely and efficiently
- Perform framing, concrete forming, finishing, and tile laying tasks with precision
- Install cabinetry, flooring, and other fixtures according to specifications
- Conduct construction painting, caulking, and masonry work to meet quality standards
- Assist with electrical wiring, plumbing installations, and electrical experience tasks as needed
- Estimate project materials and labor requirements for accurate planning
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment to promote safety and efficiency
- Collaborate with team members to complete projects on time and within scope
Skills
- Proficiency in blueprint reading and schematics interpretation
- Skilled in using hand tools, power tools, and heavy equipment operation
- Experience with framing, concrete forming, finishing, and restoration work
- Ability to perform carpentry tasks including cabinet installation and framing
- Knowledge of construction estimating processes
- Capable of masonry work such as bricklaying or stonework
- Electrical experience including wiring or troubleshooting is preferred
- Familiarity with tile laying, flooring installation, and construction painting techniques
- Strong understanding of plumbing systems and installation procedures
- Ability to operate heavy machinery safely and effectively
- Excellent problem-solving skills with attention to detail
- Strong communication skills for effective teamwork

Pay: $22.00-$50.00 per hour
