Responsibilities
- Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat.
- Provide accurate information about products and services, addressing customer needs effectively.
- Collections and renewals
- Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling to enhance customer experience and company revenue.
- Maintain excellent phone etiquette and communication skills to foster positive relationships with clients.
- Analyze customer feedback and interactions to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with team members to resolve complex issues and ensure seamless service delivery.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in customer service, sales, or related roles.
- Strong communication skills in English and French.
- Demonstrated ability in data entry with attention to detail.
- Excellent analysis skills to assess customer needs and provide tailored solutions.
- Ability to perform upselling effectively while maintaining a high level of professionalism.
- Knowledge of phone etiquette and strong interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Prior experience with CRM systems or similar software is a plus.
