Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated maintenance person to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for providing exceptional skills to operate and maintain the resort infrastructure, with a welcoming personality for our guests.
Responsibilities:
- Ensure all facilities are operating to code
- Ability to fix and/or assess plumbing, septic, hydro issues
- Road maintenance
- Upkeep of common areas, including showers/laundry/bathrooms
- General campground duties (fire pit site clean up, wood stacking)
- Work with Resort Manager to ensure all facilities are running smoothly
- Landscaping of resort; lawn/weeds/trees trimmed, fallen tree/branch removal (within capability)
- Organize the maintenance team to operate efficiently
- Maintain cleanliness of the resort
- Safe operation of all equipment (tractor, lawn mower, trimmers)
- General handyman work, ability to maintain resort equipment (RVs/tractors/golf carts/power tools)
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in handyman/maintenance is a must.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Attention to detail and ability to multitask

Pay: $19.00-$22.00 per hour
