Provide administrative, clerical and coordination support to ensure smooth day to day construction operations.
Coordinate communications between project managers, site supervisors, subcontractors and suppliers.
Manage and organize project files, contracts, permits, and construction documents.
Assist in scheduling inspections, subcontractor activities and project timelines.
Track project progress. Prepare project status reports for management.
Prepare and maintain accurate records of deliveries, site logs, and daily reports.
Provide general support to the construction team. Assist with RFI submissions, safety documents and compliance records.
Respond to emails, phone calls and inquires related to construction operations and relay messages and updates between office and site personnel in timely manner.
Follow up with vendors, suppliers, and subcontractors regarding schedules , deliveries and documentations.
Pay: From $52,000.00 per year
