What will you be doing?

Manage and develop all contracted business travel, including local corporate accounts, Hilton Global and National Accounts, Consortia and Travel Agencies.
Duties and Responsibilities
-
Establish a client base of corporate accounts through solicitation and actively qualifying and prospecting new business.

Prepare and research Hilton Global and National Accounts that warrant RFP’s. Design compelling Business Cases to be included in the Hilton preferred Global CNR RFP Solicitation program.

Achieve personal KPIs and team goals as assigned, including room nights, ADR and revenue goals.

Prepare and execute contracts for Locally Negotiated accounts.

Understand key drivers at comp set hotels and have a solid understanding of business and travel trends.

Analyze production and other key metrics of each Account consistently.

Cross-sell other market segments for key accounts, including food and beverage groups, etc.

Monitor and handle inquiry calls and provide client RFPs or Sales Agreements per established departmental policies and procedures.

Work closely with other hotel departments to facilitate services agreed upon by the sales office and prospective clients. Disseminate sales-related information to other departments as appropriate.

Arrange and conduct site inspections and off-site presentations for potential clients. Entertain clients per established company and hotel policies and guidelines.

Assist in the accurate forecasting of all bookings specific to segmentation

Develops and maintains relationships with key clients to produce anticipated account volumes as per contracts.

Maintain client files and update information regularly per established departmental policies and procedures. Produce monthly sales-related reports and sales forecasts for assigned markets.

Attend and represent the hotel at Business Travel trade shows, conventions, networking events and/or participate in sales trips to key feeder markets.

Follow up with key clients regularly to ensure satisfaction and secure future bookings. Share feedback accordingly.

Promote teamwork and quality service through daily communication and coordination with other departments. Key departmental contacts include all hotel departments.

Strategically use Hilton sales tools and resources to uncover new accounts and maintain existing ones.

Maintain relationships with the Hilton Worldwide Sales manager and Area Sales office
-
Create campaigns, such as Company of the Month, Points Matching and other in-house opportunities to leverage production.

May assist in developing and implementing sales plans.

Perform other duties as assigned.
QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS
-
College or University Degree plus a minimum of 2 years of hotel sales manager experience, ideally in the corporate market, is preferred.

Must speak and write fluent English. Other languages preferred.
