Position Summary
APS Pharma is seeking a highly organized, technically minded, and execution-oriented Digital Product & Data Manager to lead the integration of our product information, inventory visibility, and digital presence.
This role sits at the intersection of chemistry and product development, inventory and operational systems, and customer-facing digital communication.
The successful candidate will ensure that APS Pharma’s rapidly evolving product portfolio, capabilities, and manufacturing strengths are accurately and efficiently translated into structured internal systems and high-quality external presentation.
This is not a traditional marketing or IT role. It is a hybrid operational, scientific, and digital coordination role critical to scaling a modern specialty chemistry and CDMO business.

Key Responsibilities
1. Product Data & Catalog Management
- Build and maintain a structured internal product database
- Standardize product naming conventions, CAS indexing, specifications, and inventory status
- Coordinate with R&D and operations teams to rapidly convert newly developed molecules into commercially deployable catalog entries
2. Website & Digital Content Management
- Own ongoing updates and expansion of the APS Pharma website
- Ensure rapid deployment of new product pages, technical capability updates, and scientific content
- Maintain alignment between website content, internal product data, quotations, and customer communications
- Improve scientific SEO visibility through structured product information and CAS-based discoverability
3. Inventory & Operational Systems Coordination
- Improve visibility into available inventory, intermediates, manufacturing status, and production planning
- Assist in implementation of lightweight digital systems for product tracking and lifecycle management
- Help establish scalable workflows bridging laboratory, operations, sales, and digital systems
4. Commercial & Technical Support
- Support business development and quoting activities through preparation and maintenance of standardized product information and technical documentation
- Ensure consistency and professionalism across customer-facing technical materials
5. AI & Digital Automation Initiatives (Preferred)
- Assist with implementation of AI-assisted and automation tools for product page generation, workflow efficiency, and structured scientific data management
- Participate in long-term digital transformation initiatives within the company
Qualifications
Required:
- Degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Pharmaceutical Sciences, Biotechnology, or related field
- 3+ years of relevant experience in specialty chemicals, pharmaceutical development, CDMO, biotech, or scientific product environments
- Experience managing technical or scientific content
- Strong organizational and data management skills
- Excellent written English communication skills
Strong Assets:
- Experience with inventory systems, ERP/LIMS environments, CMS platforms, Airtable, Notion, or structured databases
- Familiarity with GMP or ISO-regulated environments
- Exposure to SEO for chemical/pharma products and AI-assisted workflow tools

Location
Preferred: Mississauga / GTA, Ontario (hybrid possible)
Compensation
Competitive and commensurate with experience.
