Senior Full Stack Developer

We're looking for a Senior Full Stack Developer with a strong product-based software development background to join a fast-growing engineering team building modern, scalable SaaS applications.

What You'll Do
- Design, develop, and maintain high-performance web and mobile applications.
- Build scalable APIs and backend services.
- Architect clean, maintainable systems in a modern monorepo environment.
- Collaborate closely with Product, Design, and Engineering teams.
- Review code, mentor developers, and drive engineering best practices.
- Leverage AI-assisted development tools to improve productivity and code quality.
Required Experience
- 5+ years of professional Full Stack development experience.
- Experience working for a product-based software company or building SaaS products.
- Strong expertise with TypeScript, React, and Next.js (App Router).
- Experience developing React Native (Expo) applications.
- Strong knowledge of PostgreSQL and Prisma ORM.
- Experience with Hono, tRPC/oRPC, Turborepo or pnpm Workspaces.
- Hands-on experience with TailwindCSS and modern component libraries.
- Experience implementing authentication, multi-tenant architecture, and background job processing.
- Strong system design and software architecture skills.
- Daily use of AI coding tools such as Cursor, Claude Code, or GitHub Copilot is highly preferred.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience building scalable B2B or B2C SaaS platforms.
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines, cloud platforms, and DevOps practices.
- Strong focus on performance optimization, scalability, and clean code.
