Maintenance Worker – Part Time

We are seeking a reliable and experienced Maintenance Worker with a strong background in general trades.
Responsibilities include:
- General repairs and maintenance across facilities
- Basic plumbing, electrical, and carpentry/finishing work
- Painting, patching, and minor renovations
- Outdoor maintenance and seasonal work
- Routine inspections and troubleshooting issues
Requirements:
- Experience in trades or general maintenance
- Knowledge of plumbing, electrical, and finishing work
- Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks
- Valid driver’s license preferred

Job Types: Part-time, Permanent
Pay: $22.00-$25.00 per hour
Expected hours: 30.0 – 40.0 per week
