Education:
· College, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 2 years or greater
Experience:
Minimum three to five years of experience in customer relations
Precious metal assessment with a focus on Gold
Knowledge of precious metal market pricing
Responsibilities:
· Assess the client’s precious metal to ascertain quality
· Value precious metal based on current market pricing
· Assess the loan applications for their eligibility and approve or reject applications
· Assist clients by proposing solutions to address financial objectives, such as business expansion, debt management, investment and other financial goals.
. Complete credit and loan documentation, and interview applicants for loans
· Provide the client with information regarding various loan products.
· Research and evaluate loan applicants' financial status, references, credit and ability to repay loan
· Prepare statements on delinquent accounts
-Review and update credit and loan files
· Data collection, processing, trend analysis, and report creation
Additional Information:
· Proficient in Hindi, Punjabi, or both
· Sound knowledge of Microsoft Access and proficiency in Excel and Outlook.
· Knowledge of the precious metal market
· Experience in data collection, management, and analysis
· Recent experience in retail customer service at a high-volume level.
· Experience with work assignments and audits for quality improvement.
· Ability to manage a cash register and experience in cash reconciliation.
· Ability to think critically and have decision-making skills.
