ARIS Therapy is a growing boutique psychotherapy practice providing personalized, evidence-informed and trauma-informed care. We are looking for Registered Psychotherapists and Registered Social Workers who value meaningful clinical work, professional growth, and being part of a supportive team.

You focus on your clients. We take care of the admin, marketing, and client referrals while providing a collaborative clinical community so you can grow your practice without working in isolation.

What You’ll Do
- Empower Clients: Provide high-quality psychotherapy to adults, couples, and/or children and adolescents within your areas of competence.
- Collaborate: Consult and connect with other clinicians while maintaining professional autonomy.
- Provide Quality Care: Develop individualized treatment plans and maintain timely, professional documentation.
- Grow & Thrive: Participate in professional development, consultation, and opportunities to expand your clinical expertise.
What We’re Looking For
- Registered and in good standing with CRPO as an RP or RP(Q); OR
- MSW and registered and in good standing with OCSWSSW
- Professional liability insurance
- Experience providing psychotherapy
- Strong understanding of evidence-informed and client-centred care
- Warm, empathetic, professional, and reliable
- Comfortable working independently and collaboratively
- Commitment to ethical practice and continued professional development
- Comfortable using virtual care and practice management technology
Additional Assets
Training or experience in any of the following is an asset:
- Trauma, PTSD, or EMDR
- Anxiety, stress, and burnout
- Attachment and relationship concerns
- Couples therapy, EFT, or Gottman Method
- Children and adolescents
- Play therapy or other child-focused approaches
- CBT, ACT, DBT, IFS, or somatic approaches
- Therapy intensives
- Working with professionals, entrepreneurs, or athletes
- Additional languages
Compensation
$96–$135 per clinical hour, depending on experience, qualifications, and specialized training.
This is an independent contractor position. ARIS Therapy provides referrals and supports clinicians in growing their caseload. Caseload size may vary based on client demand, clinician availability, and referral volume.
