We are seeking a Part-Time Retail Associate & Pedorthic Lab Support team member who is passionate about health, movement, and helping others. Kinesiology students and individuals pursuing careers in healthcare, rehabilitation, fitness, or human movement are strongly encouraged to apply.
About the Role
This position combines front-line customer service with hands-on support in our Pedorthic Lab. You will play an important role in creating positive client experiences while assisting with the preparation and fabrication of custom foot orthotics and footwear solutions.
The ideal candidate leads an active lifestyle, has a genuine interest in health and wellness, and enjoys helping people achieve their mobility and activity goals.
Responsibilities Retail & Client Support
- Welcome and assist clients in a friendly, professional manner.
- Help clients select appropriate footwear, foot care products, and accessories.
- Process sales transactions and maintain retail displays.
- Support appointment scheduling and general administrative tasks.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming clinic environment.
Pedorthic Lab Support
- Assist with orthotic preparation, finishing, and quality control.
- Support inventory management and lab organization.
- Prepare materials and equipment for Pedorthists and clinical staff.
- Follow established procedures to ensure accuracy and quality.
- Maintain a safe and efficient workspace.

Preferred Qualifications
- Current or completed studies in Kinesiology, Human Kinetics, Exercise Science, Rehabilitation, or a related field.
- Experience in customer service, retail, healthcare, fitness, or wellness environments.
- Knowledge of biomechanics, movement, or foot health is considered an asset but not required.
