About the Role
Neoshield Insurance Brokers is seeking an enthusiastic and organized Customer Service Representative (CSR) to join our growing team. As the first point of contact for our clients—whether in person, over the phone, or via email—you will play a critical role in shaping the customer experience.

Responsibilities*
You will support our clients' satisfaction and keep our office running smoothly by executing the following tasks:
- Client Support: Assist clients with policy questions, updates, changes, and cancellations, ensuring their needs are met accurately and efficiently.
- Relationship Building: Cultivate trusting, long-term relationships with customers by providing education, guidance, and personalized solutions.
- Problem Solving: Address client concerns accountably, resolving issues independently or escalating them to the appropriate team member when necessary.
- Data Management: Accurately update and maintain our Customer Relationship Management (CRM) database after every client interaction.
- Quote Preparation: Input data precisely into quoting systems to generate policy quotes, actively identifying missing details or asking clarifying questions when necessary.
- New Business Onboarding: Gather required client data and prepare accurate insurance applications for submission.
- Policy Management: Process approved updates and policy modifications efficiently within specific insurer portals.
- Office Administration: Maintain an orderly, clean, and professional office environment.
- Continuous Learning: Actively expand your knowledge of Neoshield’s insurance products, policy options, and industry best practices.
- Team Collaboration: Assist colleagues with ongoing projects and daily tasks as needed.

- Location: Must reside in the local Toronto area for this daily in-office role.
- RIBO licence: is an asset. Interested candidates must be willing to obtain RIBO licence.

Pay: $18.00-$23.00 per hour
Work Location: In person
